Frame measures 81†tall x 70†wide x 89†long, the platform is 12†off of the floor, and the canopy is 20†deep. There are 3 lights on the canopy. However I have misplaced the electric cord to plug them in. This bed has been well loved by grandma; the finish has in time rubbed off of parts of the canopy stilts as shown in the photos. This is a solid and sturdy bed that will last many generations. Mattress is not included. Asking $850
